Updates an existing customer.

Requires one of the following permissions:MANAGE_USERS

Triggers the following webhook events:

CUSTOMER_UPDATED (async): A new customer account was updated.
CUSTOMER_METADATA_UPDATED (async): Optionally called when customer’s metadata was updated.
